Traveling by Train New York City has two major train stations: Pennsylvania (Penn) Station (Long Island Railroad, Amtrak, Metro North, New Jersey Transit) and Grand Central Terminal (Metro North). Both are located in midtown Manhatten. From Grand Central or Penn Station to EML by taxi: At either location, New York City yellow cabs will be easily available at street level. From Grand Central to EML by subway: Take the #7 or the shuttle to Times Square and change to the #1 downtown to Houston Street. The subway stop is in front of the building. From Penn Station to EML by subway: Inside Penn Station, go to the entrance for the Seventh Avenue subway. Take the #1 downtown to Houston Street. The subway stop is in front of the building.
